For terrorists bent on killing and terrorizing Americans, Boston Marathon was tailor made

Marathon running can be hazardous to your health when endurance begins to fade

As runners wobble across the finish line looking for a gas station & some shade

Last year’s 90-degree scorcher in Boston left 150 people hospitalized a day after the race

Most marathon runners never win the race they just finish it at their own pace

Just when I thought that President Obama ran the best race I ever saw

Now the question is who is responsible for the security flaw

Security has to protect thousands of targets terrorist need only hit one

Our national sovereignty and citizenry was attacked and that’s never any fun

The President carries the weight of the world on his shoulders at least a ton

Republicans want to blame it all on Obama they say he can’t keep us safe he’s over his head

But they need to remember …Bin Laden is dead, “we got him” is what the Pres said

The GOP expected Paul Revere to tweet the Boston Tea Party and alert the terrorists we're coming

So the cowards on the right could gather their manufactured crisis & start running

GOP will alter FAA furloughing of controllers if it inconveniences them the slightest

The Boston Bombing, the Texas explosion & Midwest flooding are times humanity shines brightest

We’re not a country who would let atrocities or terrorism rob us of our freedom

W Bush got a library for what he’s done

Obama is not the kind of President who throws caution to the wind

Despite a dysfunctional Congress this country will run again

Our prayers go out to the Boston families for the uncertainty they face
